How do I deposit?

Select your preferred cryptocurrency and the appropriate blockchain network, and then send your funds to the deposit address displayed on the platform. Once the transaction receives the required network confirmations, the deposit will be credited automatically to your account.

How long do withdrawals take?

Withdrawal requests are processed through our administrative review and security procedures. Withdrawals are typically processed within a minimum of 5 minutes and a maximum of 24 hours, depending on request volume and the necessary verification procedures. Pinnaforge does not charge an additional withdrawal fee. Once your withdrawal has been approved and processed, the funds are sent to your designated wallet address.

What happens to my stake during an investment?

Your investment capital remains allocated to your selected investment plan for the duration of the applicable investment term. During this period, the capital participates in the activities associated with the plan. Once the investment duration has elapsed, you may withdraw both your original capital and any applicable profits if you wish. However, withdrawing the entire balance means that those funds will no longer remain invested and, therefore, will no longer generate returns through the plan.
